Welcome to The Kingston Fitness Studio Competitions Competition time!! Every year, competitions are held within the Fitness Studio ensuring loads of fun and offering some great prizes. At each competition start, notices will be put up detailing the start dates, cost of entry and prizes. Without a minimum number of people entering the competitions, they may not be able to go ahead. Around the world Using the CV equipment you will be required to cycle, row, step, walk/run and jog around the world. Up the Nile Using the CV equipment you will be required to cycle, row, step, walk/run and jog along the Nile. Triathlon Running, cycling and rowing a set distance on each piece. Tummy Tuck Not for the faint hearted—5000+ sit-ups Prizes Some of the prizes we‘ll be able to offer will range from holidays, an evening out at the theatre, meals out and Summer Outdoor activities.
