Kingston Fitness Studio Memberships All memberships to the Studio include membership access to the social areas up stairs. We have a café serving hot or cold food. The ‘High Bar’ also upstairs is open Mon to Fri from around 5.00pm till late and Saturday afternoon till late. Sundays the bar is closed unless it is a competition day. And remember we have No contracts or joining fees and No cancellation fees.
