Welcome to The Kingston Fitness Studio regulations MEMBERSHIP AND INDUCTION REGULATIONS  1. No payment = no Induction- all payments must be made before the Induction commences. 2. No S/O details = no induction – the S/O must be filled completely and not taken away. 3. S/O details filled incorrectly = £5.00 admin charge plus arrears. 4. No swipe card to be given until all details are complete. 5. No Induction bookings to be taken over the phone. All Inductions must be booked in the Studio and have a deposit paid of £5.00 before the Induction. 6. Late arrivals to Inductions of more than 10 minutes will be cancelled and the £5.00 retained. A new Induction must be booked along with a new deposit. 7. Inductions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the Induction. If an Induction is not cancelled or cancelled on the day of the Induction, then we will retain the £5.00 deposit and a new Induction must be booked with a new deposit made. 8. We do not accept monthly cash payments or cheque payments for memberships. We will only now accept payments made through Direct Debit. 9. Everyone wishing to take out membership here must go through an Induction. 10. All forms must be filled correctly and signed/dated. 11. Any member who has lost their Swipe card must purchase a new card from the Studio at a cost of £5.00 12. We reserve the right to bar members/cancel memberships if the client does not follow the ‘Membership agreement’. 13. Anyone entering the Fitness Studio must wear the correct attire at all times. You will not be permitted to use any equipment if you do not abide by this rule. 14. Out door running shoes must not be worn in the Studio. You will be asked to either clean them or leave.
