Boasting one of the cheapest membership schemes in Milton Keynes, we are a fully equipped studio comprising of Cardio-vascular, resistance machines and a separate Free weights room. Leigh ( Fitness Studio Manager) runs keep fit classes on a thursday 7pm to 8pm and a Friday 7.30 to 8.30pm, £3 for members and £4 for non members' Before commencing in a graded exercise program, all new members must attend a pre-booked induction where our fully qualified instructors will teach you how to use all our equipment correctly and safely. Each new client here at the centre will receive an individual program created to suit your required needs be it weight loss, weight gain, fitness, strength or toning. At no extra cost, regular assessments will be carried out ensuring you are well looked after with a view to improving your exercise regime. Here at the centre we pride ourselves with having no contracts that bind you to a year or more. If you wish to cancel your membership, there are no cancellation fees. We are here to help and will advise happily. Lockers are provided free of charge. Changing facilities are also available with showers.
