| Congratulations Loraine - Sports achiever of the year for Bucks County. | |||
| The whole of the Milton Keynes gymnastics is proud of Loraine Willson for achieving this award. Loraine has been at the centre for 15 years and has been involved in gymnastics for over 25 years. Loraine in that time has coached Pre School, special needs and boy’s artistic gymnastics. She has been an inspiration to all the children in her care over the years. Her commitment to the sport and to Milton Keynes Gymnastics is an example to us all. Well done Loraine | |||

| New top Russian coach, Valery Grigoriev arrives at the Kingston Gymnastics Centre in Milton Keynes along with top Choreographer, home grown British champion and Olympian Lisa Mason, They have been greeted with a warm welcome from gymnasts, staff and young coaches at the centre. Valery has come over with his wife and two sons one whom is Mens Russian junior champion. The Kingston Centre is very lucky to have one of the finest purpose built gymnastic centres in England. Valery commented "the facilities are fantastic and with a top choreographer like Lisa and the commitment and passion of our young coaches I am looking forward with our gymnasts to the 2012 Olympics". | |||

Milton Keynes gymnastics are very pleased to announce the arrival of their new technical director and head of girls coach Valery Grigoriev. Valery, from Russia is a HPC coach and has had many years of experience in the field of gymnastics coaching girls and boys to a very high level.We would like to give a very warm welcome to Valery his wife and children. | Competition bring Medals home for MK gymnasts | |||
On Sunday 29th April 2007 Milton Keynes gym club hosted the Bucks county general gym comp held at Kingston Gymnastics Centre. It was an early start for some of the gymnasts as it was an 8.30 warm up. We had a selection of gymnasts entered through all the levels ranging from novice to intermediate standard and some competing even higher. It was a fierce morning session with the MK gymnasts performing well but just missing out on any medals, but seeing gymnasts compete in their first ever competition and gaining the experience for future comps. The after noon session saw a number of MK gymnasts perform well, putting in some good floor routines and landing every vault run to stand them in good stead for a medal. Over all Milton Keynes picked up 15 medals so well done girls and boys. |
